Get the latest version of Hoolan

Help: Garmin

Your Garmin will normally auto-update to the latest version of our app.  This is not always the case, however, so if you want to be sure that you are getting access to all the awesome new features and improvements that we are adding, please follow these steps:

  1. Check whether you have auto-updates set for Hoolan:
     

    1. Open the Connect IQ app on your phone.

    2. Tap "My Device" (or select your device from the list)

    3. Tap "Manage Apps"

    4. Tap the gear icon ⚙️ next to Hoolan

    5. Toggle on "Auto Update"
       

  2. Visit our 'What's New' page to see our current version number and a summary of the all the developments in the latest Garmin App release. 
     

  3. Check the version of the Hoolan App that you are running:

    On your Garmin watch:
    Open the Hoolan App
    Navigate to Hoolan's 'Settings'
    Select 'About' to view the version number
     

  4. If you are not on the most recent version, you need to manually update the version:

    Open the     Garmin Connect app on your phone and tap the refresh icon in the top right of the page.
